Flord KingBook me
Surrounded by a deep spectrum of musical genres in his upbringing, Flord King has had a musical training from the start. Both as a listener and as a player, handling the guitar in different jazz ensembles.
Later on Elliot, which is his first name, took a step from musical path in his family to DJing. In the early days he and his bestie and DJ pal Adam Strömstedt started throwing their own outdoor parties called Röd Ballong. They always shared their tracks with the Stockholms rave crew until the cops eventually found their way into the woods to shut down the parties.
By the time the police had shut down almost every underground party in Stockholm, the clubs in town had to step in and provide the ravers. Elliot started playing at clubs such as Berns, F12 and Under Bron - where he later on became a resident.
Sharing the love for showing each other tracks since the early days, it was natural for Elliot and Adam to start a label. Together with Mohammed Al Harbiti they started their own imprint ’Lyssna Records’. Since ’lyssna’ means ’listen’ in swedish, it’s the perfect sum up of how you’re hanging out and sharing music with your friends.
When Elliot started producing music back in 2015, he slowly moved towards taking on his birth name again: Flord King. With the first two releases on his label Lyssna in 2016, where one of them contained the contemporary classic ’Dapper’, Flord King and his sound was born. This year Lyssna came with Flords first own release: Klassisk EP!
Bella SarrisBook me
It all happened really early. Bella was just 15 years old when, she jumped her first fence into an electronic music festival in her hometown Sydney. She just wanted to experience the music. Little did she know that this fierce curiosity would soon lead her to island hop all the way to an even bigger playground, Ibiza, specifically, Space Terrace. This is where she first felt the desire to be on the other side of the decks. This dance floor alone inspired a feeling of wanting to create an experience for people, just like the one she had. Not long after, she began to teach herself a new kind of self expression through mixing. Her fascination for the dance floor and hunger for musical experience has taken her around the globe, and taught her very quickly how to play with the big kids. With a two year residency at ENTER under her belt, she continues her education, constantly inspired by fellow artists and the dance floors they command. Being a student of her surroundings, her music continues to evolve with age and influence as she absorbs her musical experiences and strives to transmit the same energy in her sets. In a time where genres blur and overlap, her style of mixing has no rules or restrictions just like her. You cannot put Bella or her sound in a box. Each must have the freedom to roam far and wide. The web of grooves that she weaves, like her musical education is ever progressing. When she's not dancing, or on a plane or in an airport, she resides in Berlin where she spends her days digging, sculpting her mixes and beginning productions. Her decision to be part of a new, smaller, boutique agency stems from her desire to 'keep things tight'. Working closely with her friends allows independence and freedom of choice, and thus more control over her musical direction. She would rather grow and develop with a slightly dysfunctional but accepting family than be adopted into an already established one. Bella forges ahead in an limitless environment. Observing what she hears and how the crowd responds to it, she applies the same intensity in her music that she felt when she jumped that first fence.

Kais AmmarBook me
Raised up in Stockholm, Kais Ammar has never regarded himself solely as a consumer of the underground scene, but has always had the goal to contribute to the citys growing culture. His musical journey started by obsessively cataloging genres, helping him to nourish his love for music, eventually leading him to discover exceptional Chicago and Detroit producers. Having gathered a collection of music he had no record players at the time, so he quickly learnt solely by playing smaller bars and friends parties around in Stockholm. Working at the bar at Stockholms most famous dance music venue Berns, he made the shifts bearable by sneaking down to the basement, 2.35:1, captivated by the music that was being played through the Funktion One-soundsystem. Later, he made the shift to curating thursdays at 2.35:1 together with his House & Techno-collective .org, making it to one of the more popular nights of the week. He has booked and played alongside mighty acts such as Answer Code Request, Blind Observatory, Kyle Hall and Sigha to name a few. In his dj sets he tries to find the perfect merge of appealing to the crowd and his colleges at the same time.
